컴퓨터가 자꾸 저절로 재부팅되요 도와주세요

컴퓨터를 켜고 채 몇분 또는 몇초 안되서 자꾸만 재부팅이 됩니다.
저절로... "시스템 오류시 자동 재부팅" CHECK 표시 없앤후
재부팅 횟수가 좀 줄긴 했지만 여전히 계속되네요
자꾸 그러다가 다음과 같은 화면으로 메시지가 뜨며 먹통이 되곤
합니다.

" A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to
prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to be sure you have adequate disk space.
If a driver identified in the stop message, disable the driver
or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing

BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or
shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable
components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced
startup options, and then select safe mode.
