컴퓨터 재부팅 문제 ㅠ.ㅠ

안녕하세요..이궁..힘들다..
컴퓨터 xp만 사용하면 에러가 발생하여 민원 올렸던 구매자 입니다.
기본적으로 해볼건 다 해봤는데 해결이 안됩니다.

바이오스 업그레이드를 해라 그래픽 카드를 바꿔라
메인보드를 바꿔라 주변 좀 안다는 분들이 일케들 이야기하는데
좀 도와주세요..ㅠ.ㅠ

다시 대충 설명 드리면...
윈도우 98 이나 2000 사용시에는 아무 문제 없이 사용했는데
xp만 설치했다하면 자꾸 재부팅 됩니다. 바로 재부팅 되는건
아니고요..한 참 사용중에 1시간 혹은 30분 길면 2시간정도..
이문제 때문에 하드도 교체했었는데 여전히 문제 해결 안되고요...
바이러스 체크, 윈도우 업데이트, 초기설정, 등등 수많은 방법
동원 해결이 안되고 있습니다.

업무에 참조 하시라고 블루스크린에 뜨는 말을 올립니다.

모 그래픽 카드 바꾸라는 내용도 있는거 같고
바이오스 업그레이드 하라는거 같기도 하고
