블루 스크린이 뜨면서 자꾸 다운 됩니다!!

3주 전 쯤에 컴퓨터를 구입한 사랍입니다.

구입후 계속 컴퓨터가 다운이 됩니다.

운영체제는 XP 프로 사용합니다.

블루 스크린이 뜨면서 이러한 내용이 나옵니다.

A Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

ITQL _ NOT _ LESS _ OR _ EQUAL

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.
If this screen, appears again follow these steps

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation ask your hardware or software manufacturer
For any windows updates your might need

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software
Disable BIOS memory options such as cashing or shadowing
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer
Press “ F8 ” to select advanced startup options and then select safe mode

하드웨어적인 문제일 확률이 높다고 들었습니다.

고객님의 에러 메세지를 확인을 해보니 어떤 프로그램를 설치후 충돌로 나타나는 증상입니다.
그러니 고객님께서 최근에 프로그램(바이러스 프로그램이나 노턴 등)을 설치하신 부분이 있다던가 아니면 새로운 하드웨어를 추가하신 부분이 있다면 삭제나 해제를 해주시고 다시 사용을 바랍니다.
그리고 이부분은 윈도우프로그램의 오류로 많이 생기는 증상과 동일하니 윈도우를 재설치를 해주시면 되겠습니다.
