OS 설치시 문제-- 도와주세요

여기서 컴을 사고 첨 windows를 깔았을때 문제가 없었는데 OS가 한번 문제를 일으켜서 다시 까는데 문제가 생겼습니다 아래와 같은 현상이 생깁니다.. 왜 이런건지 원인을 알고 싶은데여... 도와주세요 혹시 보드쪽 문제는 아닌지.. 하드쪽은 문제가 없더군여 체크해봤거든요... 삼성에서 제공하는 하드 체크 플그램으로요...

도저히 뭐가 잘못되었는지 모르겠습니다

설치 도중 설치파일 복사 하는 도중 20% 정도 넘기면 ***.dll파일이 을 복사할수 없다는
메세지가 뜨고 담으로 위 와 같은 에러 메세지를 띄움니다.. win2000 CD 오류 같아서
다른 CD로 해두 마찬가지고.. 도저히 안되어서 XP를 구해서 깔아 봤는데 마찬가지로 20%
조금 넘어가서 ***.dll을 복사할수 없다는 메세지가 뜨고 위와 같은 파란색 에러 창으로
넘어감니다..

사용중에 하드웨어에 문제가 생긴것 같습니다.

출장 A/S를 받아 보시면 좀 더 명확히 문제점을 아실수 있을것 같습니다.
