부팅시 계속 파란화면이 나오네요.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software, disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then
select Safe Mode.

이라는 메세지가 나와서 포멧하고 다시 XP를 설치했는데요...

데몬3.33, 네로5.0, V3, 알집, 인터넷만 연결하고 다시 시작을 했는데 또 이런 현상이 나오네요.

해결좀 해주세요...

현재 어떤 프로그램의 충돌로 나타나는것 같습니다.

XP를 정상적으로 설치를 하신 상태에서 프로그램을 설치하고 나서 나타나는것으로 보이므로

XP 설치 후 1개씩 설치를 하시면서 점검을 해봐야 할 것 같습니다.

그 후 위의 현상이 나타나는 순간 그 전에 설치한 프로그램과 방금 설치한 프로그램이 충돌이 나는것이므로

그 전에 설치한 프로그램중에 어떤것이 충돌이 나는지 알아봐야 할 것 같습니다.

저희쪽에도 특별히 접수된 사항이 없으므로 일일이 점검하는 방법 외에는 없습니다.
